- Construction method is it welded, bolted or set in concrete?
- Can you put a name to the different parts is there a ‘framework’, a ‘canopy’ or ‘roof’?
- Who will use the shelter?
- If you look at several different styles of shelter decide which one is the best / strongest / most attractive and why you think that.
Try making a drawing that shows all the different parts of a bus shelter, almost like an ‘exploded drawing’. This will help you look at the framework, the covering material and the way that information is presented to the passengers.
